Leading managing developing people

For each topic include the following:


•  What your organisation does well and does NOT do well in relation to the topic

•   An argument, about what needs to change in your organisation, as a result of your research. Your argument should clearly state the reasons why.

•  What are the benefits of change for your organisation?

•  What are the risks if your organisation does not implement these changes?



Next, provide a list of clear and specific recommendations (based on your research)

that you would give the CEO of your organisation to implement.


•  Argue how you will ensure that your recommendations will happen

•  Present a compelling, well researched and argued Conclusion (not a summary).
