Which stakeholders did Traszka and the management of L’Oreal cater to? Why?
Trzaska and the management were catering to the interests of employees, customers, shareholders, and the general public. They focused on the organization’s requirements and products that would ensure customer satisfaction while preventing losses to the business. Trzaska was opposed to filing patents that were not patentable. He was fired for refusing two severance packages.
What values did L’Oreal’s management choose when they made the decision to fire Trzaska? Why?
The management chose safety and efficacy when firing Trzaska since they are crucial in making decisions. Stakeholder safety is important for productivity while efficacy ensured fair treatment of workers. Trzaska was tasked with ensuring that operations were running smoothly, which he violated. He failed to adhere to the new rules and regulations to ensure all quotas were met (Olds et al., 2019).

How did the WH Framework help you analyze the situation?
The WH Framework helped me analyze the situation concerning Trzaska and the management of L’Oreal. I used the values list given in exhibit 2-3 which helped me analyze how the management performed their functions. It is possible to enhance teams’ productivity and increase the progress within the organization. As such, the WH Framework was crucial in finding solutions to efficiency enhancement, error rectification, and customer service improvement (Shaw, 2016).
Now that you’ve put together the framework, how does the WH Framework help managers with making business decisions?
The WH Framework would help the management to comprehend the organizational needs to evaluate the areas that need improving or more attention to attain a more effective business decision (Shaw, 2016). The management would get prompt solutions from the WH Framework as they get to know how to make ethical decisions catering to each stakeholder.
What type of decisions would the WH Framework chart help you make as a manager?
The decisions that the WH Framework would help me make include improving efficiencies in my department and how to serve and balance the needs of the shareholders/owners of the company with those of the employees. I would ensure that employees get the best training to serve customers to ensure shareholder wealth maximization and corporate social responsibility (Shaw, 2016).
