SAC (Student Appeal to Take Additional Courses)

Effective time management is critical in preparing any student for future career and success. Based on the University of Phoenix’s requirements, I can only take one course every five weeks. However, based on my time analysis, I can successfully take two courses within five weeks. As a result, I have much interest in getting a chance to take two courses for the five weeks. My goal, in this case, is to successfully maximize the time I have to complete more courses in the shortest possible time. As a result, I would like to appeal to the school’s Dean to take these courses. One reason is that with only one course every five-week weeks, I find myself ideal with nothing to do. Taking two-course every week will ensure I complete more courses within that time and remain focused, particularly on my education and performance. I believe this decision can also help me perform better (Sharma et al. 2019). If given a chance, I would prefer doing these courses in the following combinations: CJA/386 and CJA/376 from 15th February 2022, CJA/426 and CJA/416 from 22nd March, CJA/446 and CJA/436 from 26th April, and CJA/476 and CJA/456 from 31st May 2022.

Besides, my experience in law enforcement has also influenced this decision. With more knowledge and experience in enforcing laws, public order maintenance, and public safety management, I believe I am equipped with the basic and necessary knowledge to take more than one course for each five-week time. Some of the duties I can relate to law enforcement include detention of suspected criminals, investigations, and apprehension (Batton & Wright, 2019). I would request to be considered and allowed to take two courses every week.
