Leadership Behaviors to Improve the Work Environment

As an adaptive leader, one needs to possess the competency to lead and motivate workers by offering acknowledgements and compliments for work done well (Obolensky, 2017). They lead teams through every tough situation, for example, when there is lack of cooperation between teams.
