Combatants attached to battle troops experience significantly more stress because their responsibilities revolve around battle preparations and participation. Several of the pressures impacting women in military jobs are physiological, owing to physiological variations between men and women. Soldiers operating in field units, main battle troops, are required to have a very high degree of operational capability, which includes a set of abilities that necessitate physical fitness and mobility in difficult field situations. Women confront an innate handicap in this aspect since they are typically shorter, weigh less on aggregate, have higher calories in their overall body weight, and have shorter bones than males. According to the argument shown above, women should not be considered to serve in combat positions.
Men should not be employed in daycare institutions since they have a lower childcare experience than women. One of the reasons is that men have reportedly been associated with child abuse cases such as sexual harassment. The other factor is that men have been observed to have poor socialization qualities with children, and hence they spend a reduced time with the children. Men are also likely to suffer from stress while caring for the children since they may find it challenging to undertake non-developmental maintenance, including supervision, dressing, and feeding the children. Therefore, employing men in the daycares would not be substantial since they can physically harm the children. Also, they could not provide optimum care needed as compared to women.
