Self-Reflection of Health Policy

Option 2

The topic that I would consider would be the involvement of foster parents in a child’s life. Foster parents are essential members of society (Miller et al.). According to Rudolph and Zimmer-Gembeck, foster parents go through challenges that are difficult to notice. There have been minimal conversations that have been held concerning foster parents and children linked to them (Gabler et al.). The intended readers for the blog would be foster parents, general parents, and even childhood agencies. The information from the blog would serve to educate the mentioned people of the place that foster parents hold in the lives of various children. It would assist them in seeing things differently from the side of foster parents and children as well.

Child Abuse Campaign

The child abuse campaign is a campaign focused on sensitizing American parents on the importance of stopping child abuse and standing against child abusers and oppressors in the country.

The campaign would be administered through the use of brochures to various institutions so that they can distribute them to parents. Also, they can be issued out to people through setting up distribution persons in various neighborhoods. The brochures will be shared through the following steps:

  1. Seeking areas with the most cases of child abuse.
  2. Finding seeking authorization from the relevant authorities about the sharing of the brochures.
  3. Distributing them to learning centers and neighborhoods.

Having such a process is essential in ensuring the success of the distribution process and also eliminating conflict with various authorities.

The best learning tool that I would choose would be a website that would have all the necessary details about child abuse. The website would have various sections such as about the website, the year in which it was founded, the services offered, the number of people who have benefited from such services, achievements, and also the contact section. The website would also contain future goals as well.
